In commemoration of the Eid-el-Fitri Celebrations which signal the end of the end of the Ramadan month, the Federal government has declared Tuesday and Wednesday, the 5th and 6th of July public holidays.
This declaration was made by Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau (retd.), the Minister of Interior on behalf of the Federal government.
Dambazau urged Nigerians to use the opportunity of “this spiritual rejuvenation to reflect on the imperative of unity and peaceful co-existence in strengthening the bond of togetherness for a strong, virile nation.”
