A woman in her early 30’s has been arrested for the crime of attempting to kidnap a child in Lagos.
According to the kidnapper who was caught at Elepe, Ikorodu in Lagos State, he client pays N500,000 per child.
The kidnapper was allegedly nabbed while trying to take a girl child from her mother’s room.
The child’s mother reported that she caught the woman chanting incantations on the child which made her raise an alarm leading to the suspect’s capture.
The suspect has since been taken to the police station.
