The Federal Bureau of Investigations, FBI, yesterday captured a 24-year-old Milwaukee woman who has been on the bureau’s “10 Most Wanted Fugitives” list.
The Milwaukee woman identified as Shanika S. Minor was arrested in Fayetterville, N.C.
Minor, also known as Ida Jackson was declared wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of her mother’s pregnant neighbor and unborn child.
Earlier before the shooting, Minor had confronted Tamecca Perry, her mother’s neighbor, with a complaint about loud music.
Minor, according to reports had earlier confronted her mother’s neighbor with a semi-automatic gun in hand on March 5. She was reported to have fired several shots in the air before her mother persuaded her to leave the scene.
She later crept into the neighbor’s home hours later at about 3:00 am on March 6 also armed with a gun with which she shot the pregnant neighbor in the chest before she ran away.
