Ayodele Fayose, former governor of Ekiti State, denies congratulating Buhari whose election was affirmed by the Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Wednesday
Fayose took to his Twitter page on Wednesday after the Tribunal , ed by Justice Mohammed Garba, dismissed the petition of the People’s Democratic Party and it’s candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, in its entirety, for failing to prove the claims alleged in the petition against Buhari

He tweeted,
” Nigerians should disregard any congratulatory message issued in my name on the outcome of the Presidential Election Judgment.
“My party has indicated its intention to appeal the judgment, and as a party man and believer in the PDP/ATIKU 2019 project, I can’t author such statement.”
