Security operatives have re-arrested Faisal, the son of former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reforms Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina.
He is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for money laundering alongside his father.
Counsel to the EFCC, Farouk Abdullah told the Federal High Court, Abuja of Faisal’s re-arrest on Thursday.
He said that the accused person was re-arrested on Wednesday night.

The 21-year-old defendant jumped bail on June 24.
Justice Okon Abang proceeded to revoke his bail and issue an arrest warrant on him on November 24.
The judge also ordered the Faisal’s surety and Member of the House of Representatives, Umar Sani Dan Galadima to produce him in court.

Justice Abang ruled that Dan Galadima has until December 4 to show cause why, upon failing to produce the accused, he should not forfeit the N60m he pledged while taking Faisal on bail or be sent to prison.
The judge also ordered that the trial would continue in the absence of the defendant.
