Officials of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, were reported to have raided the home of the Personal Assistant to the former Bauchi state governor, Isa Yuguda, today.
According to reports, the ICPC operatives stormed the house and search every nook and cranny.
Reports indicated that the men were able to recover some choice items including expensive wristwatches, hard currencies and others.
The recent raid comes in line with the renewed fight against corruption in the country under the president Muhammadu Buhari led administration.
The former governor of Benue state, Isa Yuguda is also currently under investigation by the commission for alleged corrupt practices perpetrated during his time as the governor of the state.
