Swallow Your Pride and Learn From PDP Presidents' Success Stories, Jonathan Taunts Buhari

Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode says those that conspired to oust ex-President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 are being punished for their action.

He made the disclosure in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Thursday.

Jonathan, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secured 12,853,162 votes representing 44.96 percent of total votes cast but lost to Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who won 15,424,921 votes representing 53.96 percent of the votes.

Before the election, some PDP governors and members of the National Assembly had defected from the party to the then opposition APC.

Some prominent politicians, businessmen and technocrats had also pitched their tent with the opposition APC ahead of the March 28, 2015.

However, the ex-minister did not identify the persons he was referring to.

Fani-Kayode wrote, “It appears that every single person that played a major role against Goodluck E. Jonathan in 2015 is paying a heavy price for it today.

“I sit back and I marvel at the faithfullness and power of God. The fear of God is indeed the beginning of wisdom.”
