Arsenal star, Theo Walcott has secured a switch to Everton in a deal worth £25 million.
The 28-year-old ended a 12-year stay at Arsenal where he played over 400 games for the three-and-half year contract at Goodison Park.
As a 16-year-old in January 2006, he landed at Arsenal, going on to score 108 goals for the club in all competitions.
He is expected to earn a £110,000 per-week wage in a deal that will keep him at Merseyside until 2022.
He is Everton manager, Sam Allardyce’s second signing of the January transfer window, after striker Cenk Tosun arrived from Besiktas in a £27m move.
Walcott can play on either side of the wing and as a centre forward.
He ignored strong interest from West Ham, Bournemouth and former club Southampton for the switch.
Although he has not made a start in the league this season, he has played 16 games so far, netting four times.
Walcott will be hoping to hold down a starting shirt at Everton to impress Three Lions manager, Gareth Southgate enough to be taken to the World Cup.
