Transaction on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) resumed downtrend yesterday as equities value declined by N88 billion.
The market capitalization of the equities listed on the Nigerian bourse dropped from N11.751 trillion it opened the day to close at N11.663 trillion, represented 0.75 per cent drop.
Also, the NSE All Share Index depreciated by 0.49 per cent to close at 34,317.72 basis points, compared with the 0.02 per cent depreciation recorded previously.
However, market turnover closes negative as volume moved down by 20.86 per cent against 58.13 per cent uptick recorded in the previous session.
