The most recent El-classico game between Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona has ended a few hours ago with its usual drama, twists and big names.
Today’s El-classico ended in a draw after Sergio Ramos equalized for Madrid at the late hour, denying the Catalan giants victory.
Suarez gave Barcelona the lead early in the second half. In the 67th minute Neymar had a very good chance to double Barcelona’s lead but blasted his effort over the bar from close range.
Lionel Messi had another chance in the 82nd minute but his low shot narrowly missed the target. On 87 minutes Sergio Ramos went close for Real Madrid only to head his effort just over the bar.
In the 90th minute Ramos made it 1-1 with a powerful header from a freekick.
Barcelona almost won it in the 93rd minute from a free-kick but substitute Casemiro cleared away a goal bound effort on the line.
Real Madrid maintains its comfortable six point lead at the top.
