The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart was reportedly arrested by the Lagos Zonal Command of the commission in connection with alleged forgery and manipulation of documents.
Spokesman of the commission, Wilson Uwujaren confirmed the arrest but declined to give further details.
Fani-Kayode is presently being prosecuted by the anti-graft commission alongside former Finance Minister, Nenadi Usman over alleged N4.9 billion fraud.
In 2016, he was detained for weeks over the matter.
