Intoxicated Policeman in Ondo stabs about Nine people

A policeman at Akure Ondo State capital has allegedly stabbed no minimum than nine  (9) people at a nightclub.

The policeman  identified as Taiwo Orisadare was said to be drunk while he allegedly stabbed the victims.

PUNCH NEWS gathered that an eyewitness confirmed that the drunk police instigated a brawl at the club by harassing the victims who had visited the club to relax.

The eyewitness said, “It was clear that Sergeant Orisadare was drunk and he was already becoming uncontrollable at the club.

“He won’t just listen to those trying to tell him to take things easy. It got to a point that things went awry as he started attacking everyone he could lay his hands on. In total, he stabbed nine people before he was overpowered.”

The  Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Femi Joseph, confirmed the incident and stated that Orisadare who was also injures has been hospitalized, as well as the victims. He said;

“All those involved in the brawl are already in hospital receiving treatment. But if at the end of the day we find our man culpable, we will deal with him, because we don’t tolerate indiscipline in this command.”

Some of the victims are said to be badly injured while some are in critical conditions.
