Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund have sacked manager, Peter Bosz, 54, following a poor run of form.
The club immediately announced the appointment of former Cologne coach, Peter Stoger to handle the team till the end of the season.
Austrian Stoger, 51, himself was given the boot by Bundesliga bottom side Cologne last weekend.
Former Ajax boss Bosz was sacked after 167 days in charge of a Dortmund team which have failed to secure a win in eight league games.
Dortmund lost their last game 2-1 to Werder Bremen on Saturday and have equally crashed out of the UCL in the group stages.
