Nigerian DJ and music star, DJ Cuppy, has made her acting debut in the British sci-fi series ‘Supacell,’ which has now reached number one on Netflix’s global TV shows chart. Cuppy expressed her gratitude to the show’s director, Rapman, for the opportunity to be part of the project.
‘Supacell’ premiered on Netflix on June 27, 2024, and DJ Cuppy made a cameo appearance as a disc jockey in the first episode. The show’s success has propelled it to the top spot on Netflix, making it the most viewed show on the platform.
DJ Cuppy took to social media to celebrate the achievement, thanking Rapman and expressing her excitement about being part of the project.
