However, Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth took to his social media page to question the singer on the choice of the day he chose to propose on.
Basketmouth took to his Instagram page to write: “@bankywellington but you know we are promoting Bovi’s show, happening tomorrow, why didn’t you propose on Saturday? You distracted our hype man, not fair at all. You also distracted people from Genevive’s birthday yesterday, oya…..help us post Bovi show poster and also wish Genevive a happy birthday now!!!!! The 38-year-old Nigerian comedian’s post comes after a Nigerian lady took to her social media page to allege that the singer dumped her for Adesua Etomi because she was not light skinned and beautiful.
