Details Of Sen. Dino Melaye’s WAEC Result Surfaces As Certificate Scandal Deepens

2 Min Read

The Senator representing Kogi West in the National Assembly, Dino Melaye is far from untangling himself from the certificate scandal he’s embroiled in as Sahara Reporters has revealed the details of his West African Examination Council (WAEC) result.

Recall that the online news medium had alleged in the past that the Senator did not graduate from the department of Geography from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

The news medium which has been slammed with a N5 billion lawsuit by the senator has revealed that the Senator who flaunted his MSc thesis online earned only three credits in his West African Examination Council, WAEC, result.

The result sheet as obtained by the news medium was reported to be from a secondary school the senator attended.

The dicovery comes even though Senator Dino Melaye had kept all his academic record and track covered over the years.

The result obtained by the online news medium showing the senator to have been registered under the name, Daniel Jonah O. Melaiye, reads three credits from the following subjects: Christian Religious Studies (C5), Agricultural Science (A3) and Biology (C6).

Other subjects offered and results are: English Language (P8), Mathematics (P8), Chemistry (P8), Economics (P7) and Physics (F9).
