Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has showered encomiums on the vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Kashim Shettima, who clocks 56 today.
In a Facebook post, Fani-Kayode described the former Borno governor as “a humble, profound, brilliant, courageous, patriotic, loyal and inspiring son” whom destiny has called to “greatness”.
Fani-Kayode, who is an APC chieftain, also expressed the belief that Shettima would be elected vice president of Nigeria in the February 25, 2023, presidential election.

“Happy birthday to Senator Kashim Shettima, the former Governor of Borno state and a humble, profound, brilliant, courageous, patriotic, loyal and inspiring son of Nigeria who destiny has called to greatness, who is a true friend and brother and who will, by the grace of God, be elected Vice President of our beloved country next year.
“You inspire millions of patriots all over Nigeria by your exemplary qualities, dedication to duty, strength, fortitude and vision.
“May God strengthen, prepare and protect you for the great task that lies ahead and may He grant you many more years of good health, peace, joy, blessings, prosperity and service to our great nation.
“Have a great day brother,” Fani-Kayode said.
