This morning, HKN star Davido revealed that he wants the Senate to urgently pass the controversial social media bill.
On his Snapchat, he complained that Bloggers and Social Media Users write a lot of fake stories and they get away with it.
He accused them of joking with people’s lives without caring about the consequences.
Recently, Davido has been in the news for allegedly impregnating a Tanzanian model, Agnes Masogange who he reportedly spent the night with in South Africa during his birthday.
The rumor broke on Saturday morning after Agnes posted a photo of a positive pregnancy stick which she later deleted.
Later in the day, Davido took to social media to explain that she is engaged. He is now claiming that the rumor has almost ruined her engagement.
The social media bill is currently on the floor of the senate is deemed controversial because today, citizen journalism and social media is avenue with which Nigerians express their rants about the government.
