Nigerian music sensation Davido has shattered the record for the most-watched TikTok live stream in Africa, attracting an impressive 389,800 viewers.

Davido’s historic livestream, co-hosted by TikTok stars Peller, Jarvis, and Jo Blaq on October 30, drew over 164,000 simultaneous viewers. He received an overwhelming 377 lion gifts, valued at $400 each, which he generously donated to his co-hosts.

This achievement surpasses Peller’s previous record, set during a session featuring singer Tiwa Savage.

Davido’s TikTok milestone solidifies his position as one of Africa’s most popular and influential artists.
