A fresh crisis is brewing in the Nigerian music industry and Davido, 2baba and Wizkid are in the centre of it.
Davido recently made history, and made Nigeria proud doing so, when he alongside Trinidad Cardona and AISHA, sang the 2022 World Cup soundtrack titled ‘Hayya Hayya’ (Better Together).

However, the DMW boss appeared discontented that most of his colleagues in the music industry did not congratulate him on the achievement.
Many Davido fans also expressed dismay that his colleagues did not deem it fit to do so.
In a telling tweet on Friday night, the Risky crooner wrote: “ME vs THE INDUSTRY !!! I LOVE IT !!”

The singer then unfollowed many of his colleagues, including his perceived career rival Wizkid, and 2baba on Instagram.
Checks by this reporter as of 12 noon on Saturday showed he was no longer following Yemi Alade and Pantoranking too.
It was not immediately clear if more celebrities on his list would be axed over the matter.
