Dana Air to reward loyal customers with “Miles”

To reward its loyal customers, the management of Dana Air has introduced a loyalty package that will allow them enjoy better offers for less pay depending on the miles accrued flying with the airline.

The package which is called “Dana Miles” will allow the passengers upgrade their Dana Air tickets, gain extra baggage allowance, exchange miles for tickets and get priority check-in at the airport.

Introducing the package to the media, Mr Obi Mbanuzuo, the Accountable Manager of Dana Airlines, said: “We are always seeking new ways to serve our guests better, and the introduction of Dana Miles; our frequent flyer programme is just a way of strengthening our relationship with our loyal customers; while providing them more value for miles accrued while flying with us.’’

Speaking about how customers can avail themselves of the opportunity, Mbanuzuo said, “Membership is free and customers can become a Dana Miles member, by registering on www.flydanaair.com and completing an online enrollment form which automatically makes them a Blue-card member upon which they can progress to the Silver and Gold card holders, based on miles they are able to accrue.’’

Furthermore, he stated that the company was always seeking better ways to improve the customers’ experience on the airline.

One of such ways, he said, was the creation of an online portal through which customers can check-in, print boarding passes and even select their seat numbers from anywhere, anytime.
