Daddy Freeze Attacks Pastor Adeboye’s Wife For Marriage Comment

2 Min Read

Founder of the Free The Sheeple Movement, Daddy Freeze has condemned a statement purportedly made by the wife of the General Overseer of the Reddemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Folu Adeboye.

The cleric, while preaching at the church’s annual Youth Convention this morning, was quoted to have said,  “There should be no confusion in the house of God. You have to go to your Pastor first to consult for marriage before your parent.”

The church’s verified Twitter handle tweeted the comment attributed to the general overseer’s wife.

But Daddy Freeze disagreed with the comment attributed to the pastor.

Posting a screenshot of the statement via his Twitter handle, Daddy Freeze noted that the pastor’s statement differed from what the Bible preaches.

Daddy Freeze, who quoted from the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible said, “Could this be an early sign of senility? ◄ Matthew 15 ► NIV [3] Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? [4] For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’ a and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’

“[5] But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ [6] they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus u nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. [7] U hypocrites! Isaiah was right.”
