Port Harcourt residents have been thrown into panic and crisis as residents have began heavy protest against the escape of a 200-level student of the University of Port Harcourt, Ifeanyi Dike.
Recall that Ifeanyi Dike was reported to have escaped from Police custody on Sunday after he was arrested in possession of an 8-year-old girl’s body.
The 8-year-old girl, Chikamso Victory, was caught with Ifeanyi Dike on Saturday August 19th, in Rivers state, as he attempted to dump her body.
Reports indicated that the university student raped, murdered and mutilated the young girl as her eyes were found gorged and other parts including finger, vagina and other parts were reported to have been cut off.
