Nigerian skit maker Crazeclown, known for his comedic role as Papa Ade, has expressed enthusiasm about the rapid evolution of the skitmaking industry in Nigeria. In a recent interview with Hip TV, Emmanuel Ogonna Iwueke, widely recognized as Crazeclown, reflected on the transformation of content creation, noting that the industry was once viewed with skepticism.
“I love the fact that skit-making is becoming a big industry now,” he stated. “People used to look down on the content industry, thinking it was just fun, but it requires significant work, creativity, and consistency to thrive.” He emphasized the diverse opportunities emerging from skitmaking, including ventures into music and film.
Crazeclown rose to fame in 2014, creating engaging skits on platforms like Instagram and YouTube alongside OG Tega, where they humorously portrayed the dynamics of a Nigerian father-son relationship.
