A Jos-based Film Maker and Social Entrepreneur, Mr Terry A’wase, has called on business owners to collaborate with the media to showcase their services.

A’wase made the call in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Jos on Wednesday.

He said that the lockdown had provided space for business owners to push out their contents to a wide variety of audience.

“I know that the pandemic has adversely affected the economy and most people are overwhelmed but the media can help in so many ways,” he said.

The film maker said that most people did not neglect videos, films and music and so they could be used as avenue to send out stories of hope and healing in the society.

“I have been in the front line as a photo journalist and have been privileged to see what the medical personnel are doing to contain the pandemic,” he said.

A’wase added that every media worker should volunteer to be useful during this time to give out succor to the people in their content delivery.
