Following a seven-count charge levelled against the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh, a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has ordered that he be remanded in Kuje Prison till Tuesday.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) charged Metuh before the court on charges bordering on breach of public trust, corrupt acquisition of public funds and money laundering.

Recall that the PDP spokesman was arrested in Abuja a week ago and detained by the EFCC over allegations that he received the sum of N400 million from the Office of the National Security Adviser under embattled Col.
