Reports are out claiming that Christiano Ronaldo has hailed Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti for leading the team to victories in 2014.
The Los blancos had a productive season under the coach, winning the Champions League, Copa del Rey, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup.
“The boss is incredibly important in all of this. He is an amazing coach and an amazing person,” the Portugal international said.
“We are all delighted with him. Together, we are like a family and united in our attempts to go even better than we have done in 2014.”
Ronaldo hopes they’ll continue in a much better form in the next twelve months.
Speaking to As, he said: “I hope 2015 is even better than 2014. [At Real Madrid] we have a collective spirit which can propel us to win the most silverware possible.
“It’s possible because Madrid is always amongst the candidates to win every competition they enter. We will be giving absolutely everything we’ve got to win every trophy in play next year.”
