The Chief of Staff to the President, Malam Abbah Kyari, on Friday resumed work after about two weeks short vacation.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Kyari, who was rumoured, by a section of the social media to have been sent on compulsory leave, resumed his official duty, dismissing reports that he was suspended.
Kyari jokingly asked State House correspondents: “Are you going to tweet that I am back? Can’t I go on leave?”
When accosted for interview, the Chief of Staff declined, saying: “I don’t talk to the press. You know my job doesn’t allow me talking.’’ (NAN)
