Nigerian journalist, Ahmad Salkida has promised to release Boko Haram’s response to his tweets on the fourth anniversary of the Chibok girls’ kidnap.
Salkida had said in the viral tweets that only 13 of the 115 girls remaining in Boko Haram captivity were alive.
The tweets had drawn condemnation from the Federal Government, with Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, describing the claims as “fake”.
But on Monday morning, Salkida promised to tweet Boko Haram’s response to his fourth anniversary tweets.
Taking to his Twitter handle, he said, “I will be tweeting BH response to my 4th anniversary tweets on #Chibokgirls abduction later in the day, after I have finished the usual checks. Watch this space for details”
