Chelsea have completed the loan signing of Mateo Kovacic form Real Madrid.
The deal is in sync with Thibaut Courtoise’s move to Real Madrid.
24-year-old Kovacic arrives London as a very talented, promising young midfielder with his only flaw being his inability to break into a star studded Real Madrid midfielder which boasts the likes of Luca Modric, Toni Kroos, Casemeiro and Spanish little magician, Isco.
Kovacic’s arrival could signal the temporal or permanent end to Frenchman, Bakayoko’s career in the North London club.
Bakayoko, signed last season from As Monaco, has been dreadful in his maiden season in the premier league, and with Roma lurking around, this season could see a Chelsea team without the midfield wild card.
