David Copperfield , just purchased a 31,000-square-foot residence in the upscale Summerlin community of Las Vegas.
According to the Clark County Assessor’s Office, the eight-bedroom property sold for $17.5million.
David is an American illusionist and so far Forbes most commercially successful magician in history.
His house is the most expensive house to have been sold in Las Vegas.
The last house sold at such an amount was in 2007, and the home sold for $17.4million.
The home provides some facilities that make it stand out with the whooping figure.
It has a tropical landscaping, and an infinity-edge pool. It is decorated with symmetrical palm trees.
The entrance holds a towering 18-foot tall door which leads to a large open layout.
Some of the other facilities inside the home include: an office, a gym, a wine cellar, full-service spa, night club, three antique arcade rooms, golf simulation room, Zenith garden, and movie theatre.
Two elevators provide easy access to the home’s four stories and the 6,177-square-foot garage has a detailing room for exotic cars.
The illusionist manages a chain of eleven resort islands in Bahamas, which he calls “Musha Cay and the Islands of the Copperfield Bay.”
