2 Min Read

Celebrities and fans all over the world have taken to social media to mourn the sudden death of ‘Black Panther’ Star Chadwick Boseman.

He died in Los Angeles, California, on Friday evening after a four-year battle with colon cancer, his family said in a statement on his official Twitter handle.

The statement disclosed that several movies featuring the late actor, including Da 5 Bloods and Black Bottom, were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy for him.

Following his death, the outpouring of love from his fellow celebrities and his adoring fans have been overwhelming.

His death was a shock to many as the actor never revealed that he was battling cancer.

Two years ago, Chadwick Boseman broke down in tears as he described his friendship with two little boys who were dying from cancer and the clip is newly heartbreaking given his own secret health struggle at the time.

During the interview, he fought to keep his composure while talking about the boys’ eagerness to see “Black Panther,” the Marvel comic blockbuster for which he played the titular role.

The boys, named Ian and Taylor, had fought to live long enough to see the movie.

May his soul Rest In Peace. WAKANDA for Life!
