American rapper Cardi B has firmly denied rumors that she has been bleaching her skin. Speculation arose after a recent photo of the hip-hop star prompted an X user, @blairnmz, to question if she had been altering her skin tone.
In response, Cardi B took to social media to address the allegations, expressing her frustration. She clarified that her pale appearance is due to her pregnancy, which has caused her to become slightly anemic. She emphasized that the pregnancy is draining her energy, leading to her pale skin, sunken eyes, and visible veins.
“Bleaching while pregnant? Why must y’all be so dumb? Actually no! I’m pregnant, I’m slightly anemic, this baby suckin’ all the energy off my body to the point I’m pale, eyes sunken, veins green ASF, can’t tan under the sun cause I get hot super fast and dizzy. Please stop thinking with your a**hole,” Cardi B wrote.
The rapper also recently confirmed that her husband, Offset, is the father of her third child, despite their ongoing divorce proceedings.
