Chrystabel Goddy, a budding actress who brutally attacked Princess Chineke, her colleague on movie set last Friday has been charged to court.
In the charge levelled against her at the Magistrate Court sitting in Ogba, Lagos, Chrystabel was accused of allegedly attacking and inflicting physical injuries on her fellow actor, resisting arrest and hitting a police officer.
It has been gathered that the court case has been adjourned till March 8, 2016.
Recall that following the incident and prior to Chrystabel’s appearance in court, the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, had issued a statement suspending her (Chrystabel) from the Guild.
The fight which landed Chrystabel with the court case had started after Princess warned her about her (Chrystabel’s) constant late night calls.
Princess had reported that an argument ensued after the warning which led to Chrystabel slapping her, an action which she retaliated to and in response, Chrystabel grabbed Princess’ thigh with her teeth, bit off a chunk of her flesh which brought out her veins.
