Nigerian billionaire Tunde Ayeni, through his counsel Dele Adesina (SAN), has requested the Nigerian Immigration Service to invalidate any international passport bearing his name presented by his ex-girlfriend’s daughter, Adaobi Alagwu.
Ayeni argues that there are no blood ties between him and the child, justifying the removal of his name from her travel documents.
This request follows a recent “Cease and Desist” legal notice sent to Alagwu regarding the use of the family name ‘Ayeni’ for her daughter Omarosa.
The situation unfolds amidst the backdrop of Alagwu’s arrest for trespassing on Ayeni’s private property in Abuja.
The ongoing dispute has led Ayeni to issue multiple press statements refuting claims of paternity.
