Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has berated the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari for alleged persecution of some opposition figures in the country.
Fani-Kayode, a fierce critic of the Buhari administration, said that the president would “suffer” and pay “a heavy price” for persecuting the likes of Convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju; Senator representing Kogi West senatorial district, Sen. Dino Melaye; former National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd); and leader of Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky.
The ex-minister, who took to his verified Twitter handle on Monday, said, “Buhari will suffer for the vicious persecution that he has meted out to the opposition over the last 3 years. He will also pay a heavy price for the evil he has subjected Deji Adeyanju, Dino Melaye, Sambo Dasuki, Ibrahim El Zakzaky and others to. We will never forgive or forget.”
