The Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo has revealed the type of relationship which exists between him and the president, Muhammadu Buhari who is now in the United Kingdom on health grounds.
Yemi Osinbajo while speaking yesterday at the palace of the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumin Usman revealed that the president treats him like a son.
Osinbajo made this known while in the president’s hime state to inaugurate the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) clinic.
Laolu Akande, the Senior Special Assistant to the Acting President on Media and Publicity quoted Osinbajo to have said he felt at home in Katsina state.
Laolu Akande in a message shared on Twitter via his handle @akandeoj, quoted the acting president to have said: “I feel very much at home in Katsina, more so because this is the state of the president, who has taken me as a brother.
“In fact, the president has taken me as a son in the way he treats me.”
The acting president further revealed that the president is concerned with the unity of the country.
