The President used to be a military man until he retired. He was feared by all when he was military ruler of Nigeria.
So it must have brought back memories seeing the President in uniform again. Buhari dressed in a military getup for the flag off of 2016 Army celebration in Gusau,the Zamfara state capital.
He also addressed the officers present looking to all like the former military man he is.
