The caucus meeting of the All Progressives Congress was on Thursday, November 21, held at the presidential villa, Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo and other party’s leader were at the meeting, which also had the National Working Committee members and state governors in attendance. The meeting was held preparatory to Friday’s (today) National Executive Council meeting of the APC.

Meanwhile, The Herald reported that Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of Nigeria, was presiding over the meeting of the Federal Executive Council holding at the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock.
The meeting, which started at about 11:00am at the Council Chambers of the State House on Wednesday, is the second meeting that the Vice President will be chairing since the President, Muhammadu Buhari left the country.
Recall that the Herald in its news publication on Monday 28 October 2019, reported that President Buhari who departs Abuja today for Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to attend the third edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII), is scheduled to travel to London once his visit to Saudi Arabia ends on Saturday.
Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity made this disclosure in a statement released to newsmen.
According to the statement, the President’s “private visit” to London is scheduled to begin on Saturday, 2nd November 2019 and end on the 17th of the same month.
