The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, on Sunday said it was the will of God that would stand on President Muhammadu Buhari.
According to The PUNCH, He wondered why some people were raging and imagining vain things on the ailing President who is currently in London, the United Kingdom for his second medical consultation this year.
Adesina made his position known in a message he posted on his Twitter handle, @FemAdesina.
His statement came exactly one week after Buhari embarked on his latest medical trip, having left the country last Sunday.
He, however, thanked and prayed for those who always remember the Nigerian leader in their prayers.
“Why do some people rage and imagine vain things? It is the counsel of God that shall stand. May God bless all those praying for PMB (President Muhammadu Buhari),” the presidential spokesman wrote.
