Famous footballer, David Beckham’s son, Brooklyn Beckham and his fiancée, Nicola Peltz have reportedly decided to draw up a prenuptial agreement as a means of protecting their family fortunes after they wed.
21-year old Brooklyn and Nicola, 25, agreed that they would leave ‘with what they put into the marriage’ including assets and properties should they split.
The son of Millionaire football legend and his heiress fiancée whose investor father is a billionaire were supposed to tie the knot in September 2021 but have reportedly postponed the wedding to an undisclosed day in 2022.
The couple met in 2017 at the Coachella music festival in California and ended up dating for a stretch of 11 months. They have been inseparable ever since.
According to reports, the two are planning two sets of wedding ceremonies; one in Cotswold where Brooklyn’s parents David and Victoria, former Spice Girl own a home, and the other in Florida where Nicola’s dad, Nelson lives with his third wife, former model Claudia Heffner Peltz.

“Prenups may not seem particularly romantic but in the US they’re incredibly common and Nicola’s family all have agreements in place with their partners”, an insider source told The Sun.
“Brooklyn and Nicola’s decision to go legal was entirely mutual. He’s had experiences of girls desperate to get in on the Beckham name so they’re delighted Nicola loves Brooklyn for him.
“And, of course, she doesn’t need his money and has her own successful career. It’s not complicated. Basically, in the unlikely event of a split, both parties will leave the marriage with what they put into it.
“This includes assets and properties. Money will not change hands.”
