The feud between National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and the Lagos State Governor, Akinkunmi Ambode, may soon become a thing of the past as they were caught on camera with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at an event in Lagos today.
The trio met at the launch of Jim Ovia’s 250-page memoir titled, “Africa Rise and Shine” at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island.
Recall that Tinubu and Ambode had been locked in a recent battle over the APC gubernatorial primary in the state.
Tinubu, the political godfather in the state, is believed to have withdrawn his support from the incumbent governor in support of another gubernatorial aspirant, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

President Muhammadu Buhari reportedly directed Osinbajo to intervene in order to resolve the crisis.
The Lagos governor, who was called to speak at the event, elicited general laughter from the audience as he retorted, “I did not prepare any speech and I have been caught unawares. Who am I my to speak right after the Jagaban (Tinubu) has spoken?”
