The Court of Appeal, sitting in Abuja has given an order of stay of execution of the ruling of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory which ordered the suspension of Adams Oshiomole as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
Reports confirmed that the three-man panel of the Appeal Court justices led by Justice Yahaya Dattijo, ruled on an interlocutory application brought by the defendant through his lawyer, Wole Olanipekun, SAN, restraining the respondents from taking any steps in enforcing the decision of the trial court until the Appeal filed by Oshiomole is determined.

The matter was then adorned to Thursday, March 19, 2020.
Meanwhile, pictures of the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, have been taken down from APC national secretariat on Wednesday.
According to a report by TheCable, all visible sights of his pictures were also totally removed from APC’s secretariat in Wuse, Abuja.
Movements in and out of the premises of the secretariat were strictly monitored by security operatives.
It was also gathered that the billboard which displayed a photo of President Muhammadu Buhari and that of Oshiomohole has been taken down and replaced with a billboard showing only President Buhari.
