American rapper, Shad Moss, otherwise known as Bow Wow, has been arrested in Atlanta following an alleged assault.
The rapper who has faded from the public eye in recent times was arrested early on Saturday.
According to the New York Post, Officer Jarius Daugherty reported in an emailed statement that the Police were called to an address in Midtown Atlanta around 4:15 a.m. where they found a woman named Leslie Holden who claimed that Bow Wow had assaulted her.

According to the Police, the woman had visible injuries, though minor, on her body.
Both the rapper and Holden were charged with battery as the police couldn’t ascertain who was actually assaulting who.
The investigation is still ongoing and police say that both were processed and would be taken to the Fulton County jail.
