Samsung Mobile Nigeria has announced that from September 19th, owners of Samsung smartphones will be able to install Black Berry Messenger, exchange PINs and PING their friends.
This is coming as Blackberry’s maker Research In Motion executes its strategy to evolve from a hardware company to a software company. After years of dismal performance in the West caused by the emergence of Apple Devices, RIM decided to create a lean company that focuses on its most valuable asset and reduces its operational expenditure. The result of which is the announcement made by Samsung Mobile Nigeria recently.
