Birdman aka Bryan Christopher Williams world-renowned rapper, record producer and entrepreneur has been ordered by the court to relinquish the keys to his $12m Miami Mansion.
A company called EMG Transfer Agent, had loaned Birdman $12 million. The rapper defaulted on the loan and his mansion, which was used as collateral for the loan, is now up for repossession. A judge has ordered the rap mogul to release all the keys to the residence and all security codes that allow access to the compound and home.
Furthermore, legal documents reveal that a court-appointed person that will control all of the mansions contracts, leases, rental agreements, fixtures furniture and equipment that are inside the mansion.
If no one can be found to rent the property to pay off his enormous debt in all probability items inside the house will be auctioned off.
The house contains a cinema room, golden chairs has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is approximately 20,000 square feet.
Rick Ross another famous musician who has been exchanging shots back and forth with Birdman after dropping his diss track “Idols Become Rivals” in 2017 which was a clear declaration of war has mocked Birdman about losing his Miami Mansion.
