The stars trooped out en masse to celebrate the premiere of “The Wedding Party” which stars Banky W and Adesua Etomi.
Photos from the movie had gotten on social media and had created a buzz as people thought that perhaps Banky W and Adesua were hooking up, but they announced much to the dismay of fans that it was just for a movie.
If it was a marketing ploy, then it was a brilliant one as many people got excited for the movie because of the photos.
It is now out and on the red carpet apart from the Banky W and Adesua, there were also a host of stars like Richard Mofe Damijo, Kemi Adetiba, Mo Abudu, Beverly Naya, Zainab Balogun, Sola Sobowale were also present.
The movie is premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) which opened last night and will run for 10 days till the 18th of September.
