Bandits have killed Mallam Idris Abu Sufyan, the Principal of Government Secondary School, Kuriga in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
It was learnt that the bandits killed the school principal after he resisted an attempt to kidnap him.
Former Senator for Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani disclosed this in an X post on Saturday.
In the incident that occurred on Friday evening, two hapless women were abducted by the bandits, Sani said.

Confirming Sufyan’s killing, a colleague said that the bandits also abducted his wife and baby boy.
“Innalillahi wa Inna ilaihi raji’un.
“I feel sad to inform you that our noble colleague; the principal of GSS KURIGA (SNR). MAL IDRIS ABU SUFYAN, has been killed by bandits and also kidnapped his wife with baby boy.
“May the Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and also grant him Aljannatul firdausi. Amen,” he wrote on Facebook.
