The presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 general election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has paid glowing tributes to his vice presidential candidate, Peter Obi on his birthday.
Obi, who is the immediate-past Governor of Anambra State, clocked 58 today.
Atiku took to Twitter to wish the billionaire businessman and politician a happy birthday.
He described Obi as a “great steward and patriot” who is “doggedly committed to the Nigerian Project”.
In a terse message he personally signed, the former Vice President said: “@PeterObi, my Vice Presidential candidate @OfficialPDPNig, is doggedly committed to the Nigerian Project. Okute, as he is fondly called, is also a great steward & patriot. On behalf of my family and team, he’s wished a happy birthday and more years in good health & service.-AA”
