Abubakar Atiku, the Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party and his running mate, Peter Obi have filed an appeal at the Supreme court, against the judgement of the Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT) of September 11, which upheld the elections Victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and declared him duly elected.

Newsmen learnt that the Appeal was filed on Monday the 23rd September, 2019.
